Yves Rocher Buys Stake in Flormar

Acquires 51% of Turkish cosmetics company.

Yves Rocher Group has bought a controlling stake in Flormar, a venerable Turkish cosmetics company. Yves Rocher acquired the 51% share for an estimated $150 million. The remainder of the company will remain with Flormar’s current owner Sami Şenbay, who along with his two sons will manage the company, said a report in the Hürriyet Daily News.
